We’ve analysed data from our own client surveys, using our People Experience framework, to understand the ‘pathways’ that drive intention to stay - an indicator of retention. 

We will share some ideas about how to go about using these insights in your own organisation.

Data 

Our data is taken from a range of clients, across different sectors and industries, that have used our People Experience Framework as the basis of their employee surveys.

90% of the 3,059 people who contributed were based in the UK.

55% were Male and 41% were Female. The remaining 9%, were of unknown or other gender.

62% were between 30 and 50 years of age, and 66% had less than 5 years of service.
